Because we are ordering so many things that we still need for our house and the garden, we were looking online for a doorbell. We didn’t want one of those modern things, but a good old fashioned hand bell.
We found the perfect one online. On that same site, we also found a plate where we can write our names on, so when people want to find us, they know they have reached the right address!
The previous owners also gave us our house number, beautifully painted, as a present.
So our gate is looking very nice now, and matches the rest of the house 🙂
Our neighbor’s dog was curious about what we were doing and came to greet us 🙂
